Sheshu Mutyalu Joins Lab Group

The Biogeochemical Nutrient Cycling Lab is delighted to welcome new lab member, Sheshu Mutyalu! 

Sheshu is from Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh State, India. He completed a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Agriculture from Suresh Gyan Vihar University and a Master of Science in Soil Science and Ag Chemistry from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture Technology and Sciences (formerly Allhabad Agriculture Institute). In his free time, Sheshu enjoys cycling, cooking, watching movies, collecting stamps, and trying new adventures.

Sheshu will be joining the lab as a PhD Graduate Research Assistant. At the University of Tennessee, his research will focus on evaluating the impact of fiber hemp integration on crop rotations and soil health. Specifically, he will investigate the integration of fiber hemp production into no-till corn, soybean, and cover crop rotations in middle and west Tennessee.

The lab looks forward to collaborating with Sheshu in the years to come!
